You cannot directly import OLM into Mac Mail. You need to convert it into Apple Mail supported file formats. There is an easy manual steps to Import OLM file into Apple Mail directly. Follow the below mentioned steps one by one<\/p>\n

Outlook for Mac and Apple Mail are popularly email client on Macintosh. But their file formats are different from one another.<\/p>\n

As per my technical experience, you can not convert OLM file<\/a> into Apple Mail directly.<\/p>\n

This migration is going through two segments, mentioned below:<\/p>\n

Step 1: OLM to MBOX File Conversion<\/p>\n

This conversion is not possible through manual method so you can try a third party software<\/a> . It efficiently converts the outlook 2011 backup file (OLM) into apple mail without any loss of any single email item.<\/p>\n

Step 2: Import MBOX file into Apple Mail<\/p>\n

To import MBOX file into Apple Mail, follow the following steps:<\/p>\n

1. First you have to copy the ‘MBOX’ file to your Mac by using a USB flash drive or External hard disk.<\/p>\n

2. Open Apple Mail.<\/p>\n

3. Go to File>> Import Mailboxes<\/p>\n

4. Now check the option \u201cFiles in the MBOX format\u201d and then click on \u201cContinue.\u201d<\/p>\n

5. Need to select your MBOX file and click on \u201cContinue.\u201d<\/p>\n

6. Now you have successfully imported your MBOX file.<\/p>\n
