To Combine multiple PST files into one is not a complicated task; every Outlook user can easily perform this task within two processes;<\/p>\n

You can use Import PST File option by deploying few easy steps;<\/p>\n 1.) Now click on \u201cFile\u201d tab > \u201cOpen\u201d > \u201cImport\u201d.<\/p>\n 2.) After that an \u201cImport and Export Wizard\u201d will appear. Select \u201cImport from another program or file\u201d from the list and click on \u201cNext\u201d.<\/p>\n 3.) Now select file type to import from. Click on \u201cOutlook Data File (.pst)\u201d and click on \u201cNext\u201d.<\/p>\n 4.) Click on \u201cBrowse\u201d and select the file to import. Check the box \u201cDo not import duplicates\u201d and then click on \u201cNext\u201d.<\/p>\n 5.) Select the folder to import from. Check the box \u201cInclude subfolders\u201d and \u201cImport items into the same folder in\u201d. Then click on \u201cFinish\u201d.<\/p>\n Repeat the same steps for all PST files to import Outlook, which you want to combine into one.<\/p>\n After importing all PST files, you can get their data in a single PST file.
