In this article, we will take you through the steps for importing a PST file to the latest version of Exchange \u2013 2016.<span id=\"more-136\"><\/span><\/p>\n<p>Check the steps below to import a PST file to Exchange 2016:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>In Microsoft Outlook click on the File tab.<\/li>\n<li>Click on the Open tab and select Import.<\/li>\n<li>In the Import and Export Wizard, select Import from another program and file and then click on NEXT.<\/li>\n<li>In the Import a File Wizard, select Outlook Data File (.pst) and then click on Next.<\/li>\n<li>In the Import Outlook Data File, click on the Browse button to locate the backup file on the computer. After that, to avoid the duplicates in Outlook, check the circle next to Replace duplicates with items imported. Then click Next.<\/li>\n<li>Select the folder to import from.
