To move Outlook PST file content into an online archive, you can follow these steps:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. Open Microsoft Outlook and select the PST file you want to move to the online archive.<\/li>
  2. Click on the “File” tab in the top left corner of the screen and select “Account Settings” from the drop-down menu.<\/li>
  3. In the “Account Settings” window, select the “Data Files” tab.<\/li>
  4. Highlight the PST file you want to move to the online archive and click on the “Settings” button.<\/li>
  5. In the “Outlook Data File” window, click on the “Advanced” button.<\/li>
  6. In the “Advanced” window, click on the “Outlook Data File Settings” button.<\/li>
  7. In the “Outlook Data File Settings” window, click on the “Compact Now” button to reduce the size of the PST file before moving it to the online archive.<\/li>
  8. Close all open windows and exit Outlook.<\/li>
  9. Log in to your online archive account, and depending on your provider, there might be different instructions to follow.
