The New Export Request page will open.<\/li><li>Specify Export Settings: On the New Export Request page, select the location to save the PST file, specify the maximum size of the PST file, and the date range for the export.<\/li><li>Start Export Process: Click on the Finish button to start the export process. You can check the status of the export request from the &#8220;Export Requests&#8221; tab in the EAC.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>Importing PST to Office 365:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Create Import Job: In the Microsoft 365 admin center, go to the Import tab and click the New Import Job button to create a new import job.<\/li><li>Select PST Files: On the Select your data source page, select &#8220;Upload your data&#8221; and choose the PST files that you exported from Exchange.<\/li><li>Select Mailbox: On the Select your destination page, select the mailbox to which you want to import the data.<\/li><li>Specify Import Settings: On the Settings page, specify the import settings like the duplicate items handling, email address matching, and other advanced settings.<\/li><li>Start Import Process: On the Start the import page, click on the Start import button to start the import process. You can check the status of the import job from the Import tab in the Microsoft 365 admin center.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>By following these steps, you can export Exchange mailbox to PST and import it to Office 365. This process can be time-consuming if you have a large amount of data to export and import.
